I have been passionate about sports and fitness my entire life, I was a competitive gymnast, swimmer, diver and also played many team sports throughout school in Canada. Growing up on Vancouver Island I was very fortunate to be surrounded by an outdoor playground. Over the past 15 years here in the UK I have enjoyed taking part in many adventure races, triathlons, half marathons and the London Marathon. I would fit my training in when I could around my sales career in IT. As soon as I became a mother I knew one day I would become a personal trainer allowing me to have a flexible career in an industry I am very passionate about. I love encouraging people to stay motivated to reach their health and fitness goals. Whether your aim is to lose weight, build muscle tone, compete in a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon, or just to get healthy and feel better about yourself, I am confident my enthusiasm will be infectious and help you get there. Every training session is unique and designed to suit your capabilities ensuring we are on a path to reach your individual goals.
